Mrs Shelley's Unique Information!
Hhhiiiyyyaaa ooh this lamb kebabs with peas dish is so tasty. So flipping delicious.
I cheated today. I'm not making lamb kebabs today from scratch. I'm tired and menopausal so you will have to let me right off today. I just chucked the sticks away as I didn't need them. I wonder how much money off it would have been for stickless lamb kebabs. It doesn't matter because I did not see any stickless lamb kebabs and this is what I had in mind for our dinner today.
Who fries frozen peas? Mrs Shelley does. What a muppet. Oh will you stop it. It works though and it's another lazy way. If I can be lazy, I'm doing it. I really am and nobody can stop me. Remember I said I was tired and menopausal. It won't go away today. I'll be tired and menopausal all day long. I do like proper mushy peas though. Reminds me of Bonfire Night in the UK. I did have a struggle blending my peas though. I went and bought a cheap blender and it's not that great. It took a while. I might have to invest in a Ninja but I'd rather save up for my holibobs!
Also, I could easily juice a real lemon but I'm not and I won't today thank you very much. Nope, not doing it.
I've gone for the light Greek Yoghurt so I suppose it must be helping me in some way. Although, I don't read the ingredients. You would think it's better but you can do what you want. It's your dinner and not mine.
I actually decided to put some mint sauce on it too in the end. Yummilicious.
All fun aside, I really enjoyed this meal and who knows one day when my menopause has gone I might make the kebabs from scratch and make mushy peas properly but for now this is as good as it is getting.
I hope you enjoy.
Love Simply Mrs Shelley
