Mrs Shelley's Unique Information!
Hhhiiiyyyaaa!!!
Ravioli for dinner tonight. So easy as I am not making it from scratch. I used to love ravioli out of a tin can. Do you remember having those when you were a kid?
I don't know why, but I was so excited making this dish. Maybe it was the music from the eighties I was listening to but I did have a little dance with my frying pan. Who does that?
I really loved the ease of this meal using a bag of prepared finely cut veg in the form of a soup kit. It saves time on a work night or a busy night in general and you can just chuck it in. I do love a good shroom (mushroom) in my dinner but 2 of the family members cannot stomach it so if I cook something with shrooms in, they really won't eat it. When asked why, they maintain it is because of the slimy texture in your mouth. Oh will you stop it.
I continued dancing around the kitchen. I danced with my dog and did an air guitar. Oooh get me. I might have looked silly but my little dachsund loved having a dance with her mama.
My ravioli was already pre-made. I got it out of a packet. I am not making this from scratch. Nope, not when I have had a busy day.
This meal was lovely. A nice combination of pasta, meat and veg. Who wouldn't like it?
I hope you enjoy.
Love Mrs Shelley
